Rewriting the Story of Addiction
American Addict
A Devised Piece is a new performance that addresses the current crisis of drug and alcohol addiction in our community and our nation as a whole. By interviewing addicts in recovery, their friends and family, healthcare workers and professionals, and by studying the disease of addiction in-depth, Jennifer Rincon and the Visionbox Ensemble have developed a script with the primary purpose of removing the social stigma and shame that keeps so many addicts from finding recovery.

Juliet and Her Romeo: Is an Adaptation of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet that focuses on Love and Hatred in fair Verona.

Jennifer McCray Rincon and the Visionbox Ensemble are in the process of adapting Shakespeare's play by exploring the growing Racial, Economic and Social conflicts in our own community today. The love that Juliet and Romeo discover and attempt to live for is destroyed by the division of their two families. At the same time their perfect love for each other has the power to heal the world they live in.
